We had a good experience. Although we had to wait initially as our driver was stuck in traffic, the rest of the journey went very smoothly. The car had plenty of space for all our bags (2 large suitcases, 2 hand luggage bags), and was comfortable. Our driver was friendly and took us on a nice scenic route instead of the motorway, without adding any additional driving time.
